4 Flap ballchange R L R L (moving forward)
Flap ballchange R (towards front)
Flap ballchange L (pivot to flap toward back)
Flap ballchange R (continue towards back)
Flap ballchange L (pivot to face the original direction)

Tips:

• Think of the last 4 flap ballchanges as two pivot turns.
• Spot the head sharply on the direction changes.
