Buffalo Warm-Up: 7/7/3/3/1/1/1/1

7 buffalos traveling to the R, shuffle hop step R, putting R foot behind L to switch legs
7 buffalos traveling to the L, shuffle hop step L
3 buffalos traveling to the R, shuffle hop step R
3 buffalos traveling to the L, shuffle hop step L
1 buffalo R, shuffle hop step R
1 buffalo L, shuffle hop step L
1 buffalo R, shuffle hop step R
1 buffalo L, shuffle hop step L


Tips & Variations:
  • Stay on the balls of the feet the whole time
  • For more difficulty, replace single buffalo with a double (begin with a flap instead of a leap)
