Across the Floor Sequence

4 flap ball changes R L R L
stamp R L, brush back R step R, brush back L step L
cramproll, brush step, brush step

Counts: a1a2 a3a4 a5a6 a7a8 | 1 2 a3 a4 5&a6 a7 a8

Tips & Variations:
  • Replace the cramproll with a more difficult cramproll (double, triple, toestand)
  • Turn the flap ball changes
  • Remind students to only travel on the flap ball changes - challenge them to see if they can do it in place or see how few repetitions it takes to get across the floor
  • Brush step can be preparation for pullbacks
